SHIPPING POLICY

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom products require 3–4 weeks of production time before they are ready to ship.

NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

  • In Stock: We maintain a small quantity of select non-custom items. If an item is in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
  • Out of Stock: If an item is not currently in stock, it will be made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the overall order volume at the time.

Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Time:

Our shipping time is generally 2-3 business days for the United States. Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:

- Weather conditions

- Holiday seasons

- Errors by the shipping company

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Taxes and Duties:

All applicable customs clearance fees and import duties are covered by us, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Your order may still be subject to routine customs processing, but you do not need to take any action.

Important: Voreya cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed as orders may be quickly forwarded to production or shipping. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
