RETURNS POLICY
CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot cancel, refund, or exchange custom orders. All custom items are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the return merchandise to the original form of payment.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will process the exchange for you.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@voreya.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll tell you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Ship your return, including our filled-out return form. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
