For the best customization result, please upload an audio or video file of about 15 seconds with clear, audible sound. Make sure the recording is made in a quiet environment, as background noise or unclear sound may affect the accuracy of the soundwave design.
Since each voice is different, the final design will also vary. Minor size differences are considered normal.

- If not worn for a long time, store in a sealed plastic bag to reduce exposure to air and slow down oxidation.

- Custom items: Estimated processing and production time is 3–4 weeks before shipment.
- Non-custom items: Usually require a shorter processing time, depending on inventory and order volume.

- Custom items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
