Customization Process

• Provide Your Materials – Upload an audio or video file of about 15 seconds (any format accepted), or record directly on our site. For best results, please record in a quiet environment to avoid background noise. The uploaded materials are used to extract sound forms and design custom products based on the resulting sound waves.
• Place Your Order – Carefully review all submitted information and confirm everything is correct before completing your order. (For detailed sizing information, please refer to the size chart. For special size requests, please contact customer service.)
• Production Begins – Once your order is placed, we will begin the customization process. The estimated production time is 3–4 weeks.
• Secure Delivery – After production is completed, each customized item is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.
