Customization Process

• Provide Your Materials – Upload an audio or video file of about 15 seconds (any format is accepted), or record directly on our site. For the best results, please record in a quiet environment to avoid background noise. You may also provide a clear image to be used as the mini vinyl cover (optional).
• Place Your Order – Carefully review all submitted information and confirm everything is correct before completing your order. (For detailed sizing information, please refer to the size chart. For special size requests, please contact customer service.)
• Production Begins – Once your order is placed, we will start the customization process. The estimated production time is 12–15 business days.
• Secure Delivery – After production is completed, each customized item is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.
