- Custom items: Estimated processing and production time is 3–4 weeks before shipment.
- Non-custom items: Usually require a shorter processing time, depending on inventory and order volume.

- Custom items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
